Last week we talked about How to Optimism A Key to BEing a Stress Eater  My AHA was: When ever I am in a space of not feeling happy about what is happening...I STOP...I do a quick release...I envision what I want be be happening...I ask, "What shall I do next to step into that?" and I take an action towards what I want.

This week we will support you experiencing JOY in Crisis
