Happy Tuesday!!!!

Last week was the finish of our first M4L Dare to BE Happy Challenge.  We had so much fun and saw so many great changes in each other and other participants that we have decided to keep playing the challenge.  Next phase of the challenge will be focusing on creating a GREAT finale to 2014.

Last week we focused on Anchor in YOUR Power My AHA was:  I can be graceful in my power when I am clear about who I am and I am  taking care of myself.

This week we focus on T
ransformation of YOUR Resolutions.

How about, just for today, we focus on what we want to create in thought, feeling and action while being in a worry and complain free zone?

We look at the resolutions you set in January....Do they still fit for you? If so, GREAT!!! If not, we will dream, vision and set up an action plan to finish out the year with your pilot light fully lit!

  • Experience the topic circle during the week in Las Vegas at the Music 4 Life® Health Club.
