He gave us an exercise that I love and I wanted to share with you.
Jot down some people who have been kind to you. What did they do for you? Why was that important to you?
Now, pick one person who lives in driving distance. Write them a letter of appreciation - one of two pages.
Laminate or frame it.
Take it to that person, read the letter to them, and leave it.
Take a couple of minutes and do this for them and for you.
