Last week we focused on Balancing Work and Life  My AHA was: Balance isn't a place you set once and you have it done...it is one decision after another every day.

This week we are focusing on Turbo Charging Your Career.

  • Creating the work of your dream

  • Guidelines for Effectively Communicating through Change

With Change we step into the unknown, where everything both wonderful and terrifying is possible!!!

Last week we focused on Empowerment through Boundaries - at Work!  My AHA was: I have to keep an eye on boundaries all the time in a kind way for myself and for those I am in relationship with to keep doing my work of purpose while having healthy boundaries.

This week we are focusing on Critical Thinking and Decision Making.

We will focus on: 
  • Why Do We Need To Be Critical Thinkers? 
  • What is a Critical Thinker?
  • How Do You Make Decisions Now?
  • We will look at a couple of models
  • Do I Use My Head or my Heart?????
  • Making Decisions as a Group
