Happy Tuesday!!!!
It's Week Nine of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Humor at Work.  Judith and I had so much fun BEing with and exploring that topic.  My AHA was:  People want more fun in their lives and need permission to have it.

This week we are focusing on Creativity at Work.   We will explore tools to use creativity as a normal part of your work!!!

"The dynamic principle of fantasy is play, which belongs also to the child, and...APPEARS to be inconsistent with the principle of serious work.  BUT WITHOUT this playing with fantasy, no creative work has ever yet come to birth."  ~ Carl Jung

**Judith found a great article listing creativity as a team sport focused on the top three ways to become more creative: copy, fight, and constrain in "The Truth About Creativity at Work."

  • Experience the topic circle during the week in Las Vegas at the Music 4 Life® Health Club.
  • If you can't attend the Creativity at Work Las Vegas circle, the telephone call "Tele-Circle" is weekly on Tuesdays 6-6:30pm PT (712) 432-1212  code 676-773-827.
  • If you missed the Tuesday Tele-Circle, go to this link to listen to this week's recording for Creativity at Work.
  • When Judith scanned youtube for music medicine to increase creativity, you will found a variety of brain entrainment videos that may shift you into the alpha or theta state for greater relaxation which allows ideas to bubble up. Your goal with this music: to release emotional tension and open your mind to creative problem solving.  THE PROBLEM: this music may not do it for you! If you are in Las Vegas, see us at the Music 4 Life® office for a free 10-minute session to merge your mind/mood/body into the theta state with a re-boot of your system through forced meditation in the Music Medicine Cove
  • If you are not in Las Vegas and this brain entrainment music video is not placing you in the creative zone, listen to the TEDxUNLV Talk "Music Powers Potential: Building Mental Fitness" to find out why. Download the Music Medicine Boot Camp to learn how to apply your music listening habits differently. Re-organize your music into powerful playlists and Mood Sequence Formulas™ and cross-train to new music to support increased creativity.

It's Week Eight of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Using Your Intuition in Decision Making.  Judith and I had so much fun BEing with and exploring this topic.  She found an interesting article "Entrepreneurs and Chickens" that gave us some giggles and some cool facts.  And my AHA was:  I have used intuition in decision making my whole life and now I am taking it to a very conscious level.  It is now a normal part of my decision making process.

This week we are focusing on Humor at Work.  OMG I LOVE this topic.  Humor has saved my sanity and marriage so many, many times!!!

**Judith found a great article that underscores how to win friends and influence people with humor in "10 Reasons Why Humor is a Key to Success at Work."

Happy Tuesday!!!!
It's Week Seven of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Using Visualization for Success.  Judith and I had so much fun BEing with and exploring this topic.  She found a really interesting article "Visualize Success if You Want to Fail."  And my AHA was:  If emotions are a key player in what you are manifesting, then your lead emotion is creating. The KEY work is to ensure your predominate feeling is in alignment with your true heart's desire as you manifest!!!  Clearing the other emotions is a critical component. WOW!!!

This week we are focusing on Using Your Intuition in Decision Making.  I feel that these past six weeks' topics have set us up perfectly to step into this work.

Judith found a great article that analyzes how intuition is used differently for decision -making by entrepreneurs and managers in "Entrepreneurs and Chickens."

Happy Tuesday!!!!
It's Week Six of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Building an Effective Team.   We looked at what makes a team successful and NOT.  Key Components of Success:  clearly defined success, vision, success factors, trust, appreciation, dealing with conflict, feeling significant, humor, and celebration are all VERY important to whole, happy and productive teams.

This week our focus is on Visualization for Success.  "By believing passionately in something that does not yet exist we create it.  The nonexistent is whatever we have not sufficiently desired."  ~ Niko Kazantzakis, Zorba the Greek

What if we used visualization in our daily lives in all we do?  HUMMMMM.....

Judith found a great article that requires you analyzing your desired energy level for successful visualization in "Visualize Success if You Want to Fail."
