Happy Tuesday!!!

We finish our Music 4 Life® GREAT finale to 2014 Dare to BE Happy Challenge this week.

Everything for the past year has lead us to now doing the release, celebration and preparation to who we will BE in 2015.

Last week we focused on Living with Heart - The Life Style.  My AHA was: Be mindful in everything I do it all matters.  And, be in my center before I ACT!

Buddhist Sutra:  Unceasing change turns the wheel of life, and so reality is shown in all its many forms.  Dwell peacefully as change itself liberates all suffering sentient beings and brings them great joy.

This year and this phase of our continuing DARE to BE Happy challenging by honoring what we accomplished in 2014, doing work to release ties and beliefs that now longer serve us and open up our success cube for an heartful, grateful and successful 2015.

Moving from Burnout to Inspiration

Happy Tuesday!!!

We continue with the  Music 4 Life® GREAT finale to 2014 Dare to BE Happy Challenge.

Last week we focused on JOY in Crisis - BE a Stress Eater My AHA was: ANYtime something happens differently then I "expect" it to... that is a crisis for me.  I now choose to immediately move into taking action as soon as I feel the unexpected happening.  I do not wait until I am upset or in panic. And, PREVENTION, PREVENTION, PREVENTION is KEY to an inspired life.

Life is a balancing act.
To lose awareness of where you are at any time
is to risk falling off the tight wire of life.  Nari

This week we will discuss and practice tools to utilize help you identify your personal stresses and support you in using tools and creating a practice to be inspired at work, at home and in all areas of your life.

Last  Point of Pondering:  "The conquest of the fear of death is the recovery of life's joy." Joseph Campbell

Graceful Action:  I will be open to facing the daily deaths of:  who I am, STRONG held beliefs, of things I love, of relationships and of dreams I hold.

My weekly pondering became a couple of weeks pondering.  This has lead me to question everything in a graceful way instead of my normal highly disciplined make it happen NOW kind of way. I am lovingly putting down the ropes that do not serve my highest purpose.  I choose to come from unconditional love which includes strong, healthy boundaries. I am trusting my heart and Grace to lead the way.

My Current  Point of Pondering:  I am seeing grace as a daily and choice-by-choice practice. Catholic priest Henri Nouwen talks about cultivating practice in daily practice:

Patience is a hard discipline.  It is not just waiting until something happens over which we have no control:  the arrival of the bus, the end of the rain, the return of a friend, the resolution of a conflict.  Patience is not waiting passively until someone else does something.  Patience asks us to live the moment to the fullest, to be completely present to the moment, to taste the here and now new, to be where we are.  When we are impatient, we try to get away from where we are.  We behave as if the real things will happen tomorrow, later, and somewhere else.  Let's be patient and trust that the treasure we look for is hidden in the ground on which we stand.

Graceful Action:  Yesterday I was so clever so I wanted to change the world.  Today I am wise so I am changing myself.  Rumi

I will be patient with me, be focused on fully being in each moment, and see what happens....

JOY in Crisis - BE a Stress Eater

Happy Tuesday!!!

We continue with the  Music 4 Life® GREAT finale to 2014 Dare to BE Happy Challenge.

Last week we focused on Gratitude - The Lifestyle My AHA was: I can do simple easy things each and every day to make gratitude my default!!!

Many people mistakenly believe that circumstance make a person.  They don’t.  Instead they reveal him or her.  Wayne Dyer, I Can See Clearly Now

This week we will discuss and practice tools to utilize JOY when crisis strikes to eat stress instead of it eating you!
