It's Week Thirteen of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Knowing How I Learn and Communicate My AHA was: I will take more time to make sure I am supporting those I work with, with their learning style in mind.

This week we are focusing on Communicate to Connect.

Last week we focused on Compassion and Connection My AHA was:  I don't have to work so hard in communicating.  I am committed to being more relaxed and allowing more in conversation

This week we are focusing on finding How We Learn and Communicate with Others.   We will:

  • Learn Techniques to Learn Faster and More Effectively 
  • Use Styles to Help Others Grow

  • Music Medicine: Our ability to listen and learn may be enhanced when our brain is in the alpha state (measuring 8-13 herz brainwave). Binaural beats are the new music composition trend in achieving this state, and classical music found in the Baroque Era is also effective. This Mozart piece started the trend from a research study which led to the "Mozart Effect" ~ making people smarter in spatial awareness (assembling shapes). Listen to the Andante section at 8:32.

Happy Tuesday!!!!
It's Week Eleven of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Passion at ANY Age My AHA was:  One way we can find our passion is through what makes us ANGRY!!!  The trick is to do the work to heal emotions so we use the passion as fuel for solutions not to just burn down bridges!

This week we are focusing on finding Compassion and Connection.   Are we listening to each other?  Are we sharing our inner selves...our true selves?

Last week we focused on Creativity at Work.  Judith and I exercised our creativity at Music 4 Life® and how we approached our working together.  My AHA was:  Be OPEN to how I can be creativity in simple easy ways.

This week we are focusing on finding Passion at ANY Age.   What if you could have that spark of passion in all you do?  What if you were paid to do what you love?  What would our lives BE like?
