Happy Tuesday!!!!
It's Week Six of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Building an Effective Team.   We looked at what makes a team successful and NOT.  Key Components of Success:  clearly defined success, vision, success factors, trust, appreciation, dealing with conflict, feeling significant, humor, and celebration are all VERY important to whole, happy and productive teams.

This week our focus is on Visualization for Success.  "By believing passionately in something that does not yet exist we create it.  The nonexistent is whatever we have not sufficiently desired."  ~ Niko Kazantzakis, Zorba the Greek

What if we used visualization in our daily lives in all we do?  HUMMMMM.....

Judith found a great article that requires you analyzing your desired energy level for successful visualization in "Visualize Success if You Want to Fail."
