Good Morning!!!

Did you survive April Fools Day???  We made it to week two of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge.  Last week we focused on Busting Open Obstacles to Happiness.  I sent out tweets asking you to create your definition of happiness, to brainstorm a list of things you could do to live that definition and start doing them.

This week our focus is on Moving from Burnout to Inspiration.  It is so important to make self care a TOP priority.  It is preventive medicine for a happy, healthy, productive and abundant life.
