It's Week Four of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge.

Last week we focused on Stress Management Skills for Busy People.   No matter how passionate you are...if you don't take care of yourself you will get burned out!

This week our focus is on How to Handle Difficult People.  This is one of my favorite topics because I believe without these skills you can allow others to detour YOUR happiness.

Judith found a great article "10 Things Happy People Don't Believe" - add #11 to read Difficult People Can Take My Happiness.
