It's Week Eleven of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Passion at ANY Age My AHA was:  One way we can find our passion is through what makes us ANGRY!!!  The trick is to do the work to heal emotions so we use the passion as fuel for solutions not to just burn down bridges!

This week we are focusing on finding Compassion and Connection.   Are we listening to each other?  Are we sharing our inner selves...our true selves?

Process for Dare To BE Happy Challenge:
  • Read weekly blog posted here on Tues a.m.  
  • Experience the topic circle during the week in Las Vegas at the Music 4 Life® Health Club.
  • If you can't attend the Compassion and Connection Las Vegas circle, the telephone call "Tele-Circle" is weekly on Tuesdays 6-6:30pm PT (712) 432-1212  code 676-773-827.
  • If you missed the Tuesday Tele-Circle, go to this link to listen to this week's recording for Compassion and Connection.
  • Music Medicine: The #1 music most Americans played to bring about compassion and connectivity on 9-11 was God Bless the USA. It might be just the music medicine to support you feeling stronger compassion with greater desire to connect.
