  • Read weekly blog posted here on Tues a.m.
  • Experience the topic circle during the week in Las Vegas at the Music 4 Life® Health Club.
  • If you can't attend the Communicate to Connect Las Vegas circle, the telephone call "Tele-Circle" is weekly on Tuesdays 6-6:30pm PT (712) 432-1212  code 676-773-827.
  • If you missed the Tuesday Tele-Circle, go to this link to listen to this week's recording for Communicate to Connect.
  • Music Medicine: When we communicate to connect, it’s important to stay positive, even when dire circumstances may dictate otherwise. Staying positive becomes your lifeline to sanity when times may be difficult. Check out Lindsey Stirling’s “Zelda Medley” for upbeat musical connections and smiling video.

THE PROBLEM: if this music does not make you smile, listen to the TEDxUNLV Talk "Music Powers Potential: Building Mental Fitness" to find out more. And if you are in Las Vegas, please see us at the Music 4 Life® office for a free 10-minute session to force meditation in the Music Medicine Cove.  This may help you to relax and smile. No matter where you live, download the Music Medicine Boot Camp to learn what your music choices say about your health state. Discover music listening habits that support your communication and connection with others
