It's Week Eighteen of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on Balancing Work and Life  My AHA was: Balance isn't a place you set once and you have it done...it is one decision after another every day.

This week we are focusing on Turbo Charging Your Career.

We will focus on:

  • What do you want out of life? 
  • Doing a Career Inventory
  • Creating the work of your dream

  • Experience the topic circle during the week in Las Vegas at the Music 4 Life® Health Club.

  • Music Medicine: When you turbo charge your career, you infuse positive energy into your life. Listen to this music as medicine (more than once!) to catapult yourself into positive energy, singing and dancing to this song, “What a Feeling” from the movie Flashdance. This youtube version shows the full choreography to really anchor in that elated feeling with dancing!
