It's Week Seventeen of our Dare to BE Happy Challenge

Last week we focused on HARNESSING THE POWER OF CHANGE My AHA was: There is grief with every change.  I will address it as the change is happening or as quickly as I can.

This week we are focusing on Achieving Work and Life Balance.

We will focus on: 
  • How content are you with your life?
  • What are my roles in my life?   
  • How am I supported?
  • What are my priorities?
  • How do I find center in the chaos?
