Happy Tuesday!!!

We continue with the  Music 4 Life® GREAT finale to 2014 Dare to BE Happy Challenge.  

Last week we focused on Creating Your Vision Board My AHA was: I can put a vision collage on the front of a notebook!!!! That will hold the vision as I write!

This week we focus on 
Busting Open Obstacles to Happiness.  We will look at some ways we allow obstacles in our lives, use a cool technique called “See and Release Your Obstacles", do a hurdling obstacles meditation and the success box experience.

We hide in jobs we hate in relationships that don’t satisfy us.  We pretend to have it all figured out yet we struggle and experience fear. The number of closets we hide in are countless.  Leaving the closet means entering the battlefield of life, walking headfirst into our fears and transcending them.
